Chocolate City Shipping Policy
Dispatch
Chocolate City Pty Ltd will attempt to dispatch any online order received and paid before 3pm (business days) on the same day, otherwise orders will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery within Australia
Shipments in Australia are sent by Australia Post parcel mail or Express Post Platinum mail, if this option has been chosen by the purchaser. For estimated delivery times, refer to the Australia Post website:
Delivery outside of Australia
Any orders placed outside of Australia will be sent via International Air Mail or Express Courier International, if this option has been chosen by the purchaser. Estimated delivery for Air Mail is approximately 10 - 15 working days, and for Express Courier is 5 - 7 working days.
Local postal guidelines apply if no one is home to receive the parcel. Chocolate City offers this method of postage as a less expensive way to receive our product abroad, but does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced once delivered. A signature is not obtained using this postal method – therefore if there is any chance your parcel may end up in the wrong hands, we strongly advise the courier postage method (where is signature is obtained).
Delivery of goods via community groups/promotions
Goods ordered through community group promotions will be delivered as per the methods outlined in such promotions eg delivered to clubhouse, team manager, etc.
Out-of-stock items
Should any goods be out of stock at time of order processing an e-mail will be sent to the purchaser, or phone call made, advising estimated time frame to deliver goods and the choice will be offered to cancel and refund the order if requested.
