Chocolate City Returns Policy

Christmas Returns: Please note that orders placed between 1st Dember and 31st Dember 2010 can be returned or exchanged for change of mind reasons until 21st January 2011. Purchase Christmas presents without worrying about buying them something they won't like.

You can easily return or exchange anything* you purchase from Chocolate City by mail or come in to our store, within 21 days from purchase. All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition, with swing tags attached and in their original packaging. We cannot allow returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non saleable products. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post as we can't be responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

* Please note: due to hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchanges are available on underwear.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS

Simply return your order in its original condition to Chocolate City 146 Greville St, Prahran, Melbourne, Victoria 3181. Once we recieve your goods we can process and exchange or refund. Interstate or overseas customers can also email us at enquiry@chocolatecity.com.au or call +613 95109262 between 10am-6pm Monday - Friday AEST.

Within 7 days, on selected products, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit only if;

  • The goods are faulty
  • The item is wrongly described
  • The goods are different from the sample shown to you, or
  • They do not do what they are supposed to

After 7 Days, faulty products will not be exchanged.

  1. Our 7 day exchange period varies on some products, particularly garments & accessories purchased under contract or warranty. When exchanging goods, we need you to return all components including packaging, instructions and accessories.

PLEASE RETAIN YOUR CHOCOLATE CITY RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. THIS RECEIPT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY REFUND, EXCHANGE, CREDIT OR REPAIR.
